Better Safe than Sorry!

The local organization committee (LOC) proposes that every shooter while not shooting and having firearms out of boxes will have a safety flag or breech flag or similar in the barrels of their firearms. Actually this is mentioned in the ERABSF&WRABF rules while still undetailed in the IMSSU rules although the same spirit exists.

The LOC promotos the motto of Better Safe than Sorry!

The safety flag should be put in to the barrel so that both end of the safe flag are visible if technically possible. In revolvers it can be only through drum/cylinder.

Follow also other firearm safety rules according to your organizations rules. Furthermore, wear while shooting ear and eye protection. This is also in force for spotters in silhouette shooting.
