Sufficient number of hotels (3 – 4 stars) of the Oulu Region will be pre-reserved for competitors and officials. Preliminary reservations are done for 200 rooms. Majority of accommodation capacity is in the city of Oulu. The preliminary plan is to organize closing dinners in the Hotel Scandic Oulu City.

The accomodations will be reserved by the teams themselves using the respective hotel reservation systems.
